Il faut les r\u00e9duire, les r\u00e9partir, les choisir\u2026 bref elles sont au c\u0153ur de nombreux r\u00e9gimes. Pour autant les connaissons-nous vraiment ? Savez-vous distinguer les calories vides et les calories pleines ? Les premi\u00e8res sont \u00e0 proscrire alors que les secondes sont utiles. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n  \n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n\n<section class=\"row mt-4\" id=\"block2\">\n\n<div class=\"col-sm-24\">\n<h2 class=\"font-weight-bold mx-md-5 mb-4 mt-0 text-montserrat\" style=\"color:#fca43b\"><span>Qu\u2019appelle-t-on calorie ?<\/span><\/h2>\n<div class=\"text-justify mx-md-5 mb-0 mt-0\">\n<p>On appelle calorie une ancienne unit\u00e9 de mesure de quantit\u00e9 de chaleur. Son symbole est cal. Aujourd\u2019hui cette unit\u00e9 de mesure a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9tourn\u00e9e pour mesurer la valeur \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des aliments. Son symbole est Cal ou kcal, elle vaut 1000 cal de l\u2019ancienne mesure. On a d\u00e9fini au cours de recherches que chaque aliment compos\u00e9 de prot\u00e9ines, lipides et \/ ou glucides apportait un nombre de Calories donn\u00e9. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli que : <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 g de glucides (les sucres) repr\u00e9sente 4 Cal<\/li>\n<li>1 g de lipides (les graisses) 9 Cal<\/li>\n<li>1 g de prot\u00e9ines (les briques de l\u2019organisme) 4 Cal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il suffit donc de conna\u00eetre la composition en nutriments d\u2019un aliment pour calculer le nombre de calories qu\u2019il apporte. Par exemple 1 pierre de sucre de 5 g compos\u00e9e de 5 g de glucides apportera 20 Calories. <\/p>\n<p>Pour perdre du poids, il faut faire en sorte d\u2019apporter moins de calories que nous en d\u00e9pensons.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n  \n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"row mt-4\" id=\"block3\">\n\n<div class=\"col-sm-24\">\n<h2 class=\"font-weight-bold mx-md-5 mb-4 mt-0 text-montserrat\" style=\"color:#fca43b\"><span>Toutes les calories se valent-elles ?<\/span><\/h2>\n<div class=\"text-justify mx-md-5 mb-0 mt-0\">\n<p><b>La r\u00e9ponse est non.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Le nombre de calories apport\u00e9es par un aliment n\u2019est pas le reflet de sa valeur di\u00e9t\u00e9tique. En effet, certaines calories sont plus int\u00e9ressantes pour l\u2019organisme que d\u2019autres. C\u2019est la diff\u00e9rence entre les calories dites pleines et les calories dites vides. Les calories pleines sont apport\u00e9es par des aliments compos\u00e9s de nutriments essentiels utiles \u00e0 l\u2019organisme pour son bon fonctionnement : vitamines, min\u00e9raux, oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments, acides gras essentiels, prot\u00e9ines&#8230; Elles ont donc une forte valeur nutritionnelle.<br \/>\nLes calories vides quant \u00e0 elles sont contenues dans les aliments riches en graisses satur\u00e9es, sucre raffin\u00e9, ou encore les boissons alcoolis\u00e9es ou les sodas. Elles repr\u00e9sentent une faible valeur nutritionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Il ne suffit donc pas de compter les calories pour manger \u00e9quilibr\u00e9. Il faut \u00e9galement prendre en compte la qualit\u00e9 des calories que l\u2019on apporte.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n  \n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"row mt-4\" id=\"block4\">\n\n<div
